Rooted in Moroccan Craft

MySebsi buys straight from the workshops: the turners who cut the stems, the carvers who lay in the spiral, the potters who form the shqaf and the brass workers who hammer the collars. No agent sits between us, which is why we can tell you who made a piece and when the next run is due.

Everything is worked by hand using methods that have not changed in generations. That is the appeal on your shelf, and it is also the constraint: batches are small, and two pieces from the same run will differ slightly. We would rather you knew that before you ordered than after.

What we offer an independent retailer is inventory that is genuinely not available through the usual import channels, from a supplier small enough to answer the phone.
