How MySebsi handles the information you send through this website.
MySebsi (“we”, “us”) is a business-to-business wholesale supplier of handmade Moroccan goods, operating the website at mysebsi.com. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
We only collect the information you type into our contact form, our wholesale quote request form, or the line sheet request form. That is:
We do not ask for, and this website does not process, payment card details, bank details or government identification numbers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
If you ask for our wholesale line sheet, we store the email address you give us and use it to send you that document and to follow up on your interest. We do not add it to a general marketing list.
Your information is used for one purpose: to respond to your wholesale inquiry and to correspond with you about a possible or existing wholesale relationship. That includes sending you pricing, minimum order quantities, lead times and shipping information.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information to third parties. We do not add you to a marketing list without your agreement. Your inquiry is stored in our website’s administration area and is also emailed to our own inbox at contact@mysebsi.com so that a person can reply to it.
This website runs on WordPress and is hosted by our web host, whose servers store the site and its database. Email you send us is handled by our email provider. These providers process your information only so that this website and our email can function, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
When you confirm you are 21 or older we store a cookie for 30 days so you are not asked again on every page. If you answer that you are under 21 we store a session cookie instead. Neither identifies you.
Beyond that, this site sets a small number of cookies that are necessary for it to work, for example to keep a form session valid and to remember that you are signed in if you are a site administrator. If a cookie consent banner is displayed to you, any non-essential cookies are only set after you accept them, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time using the banner.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site from working correctly.
We keep inquiry records for as long as we have an active or reasonably foreseeable business relationship with you, and afterwards only as long as we need them for our own accounting and legal records. Inquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted once they are no longer useful, and in any case within three years. Website server logs are kept for a short period by our host for security and troubleshooting.
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to or restrict how we use it, or to receive a copy in a portable format.
To make any of these requests, email contact@mysebsi.com from the address you contacted us with, and tell us what you would like us to do. We will action deletion requests within 30 days unless we are required to keep a record for legal or accounting reasons, in which case we will tell you.
Some of the products we supply are traditional tobacco and herbal smoking accessories. You must be 21 or older to inquire about or purchase these products. By submitting an inquiry about them you confirm that you are 21 or older and that you are buying for retail distribution.
This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection and our administration area is password protected. No website can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us.
If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and change the date below.
